Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation eligibility, approval and refund processing rules.
Version 1.0 • Last updated 07 Aug 2026
When cancellation may be requested
A customer may request cancellation before dispatch while the order status is Pending, Confirmed, Processing or Packed.
Cancellation is normally unavailable after the order becomes Out for Delivery, Shipped, Delivered, Completed or already Cancelled.
Review and decision
A cancellation request is not automatically approved. The order becomes Cancellation Requested and should not be dispatched while Admin reviews it. Admin may Approve or Reject the request with a reason.
Customised or printing work that has already started may not be cancellable because it is prepared specifically for the customer.
Refund method and timing
COD cancellation generally has no prepaid amount to refund. For Manual UPI or another prepaid method, refund starts only after payment and cancellation are verified.
An approved refund is normally initiated within 5–7 working days. Bank, UPI or payment-provider processing may take additional time after initiation. Refunds are sent to the original method or another verified method agreed with the customer.
Incorrect payment information
The customer is responsible for providing correct payment or refund details. We will never ask for UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password or OTP to process a refund.
Order adjustments
Where only part of an order is unavailable, we may offer replacement, partial cancellation or partial refund after informing the customer.
