Printing, uploaded files, custom products and non-returnable rules.
The customer is responsible for checking uploaded files, page order, colour choice, size, quantity, spelling, design, password and print instructions before submission.
The customer confirms that they have the right or permission to print the submitted content. Illegal, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorised material may be refused.
Screen colours and printed colours may differ slightly. Low-resolution, compressed, cropped or unclear source files may produce lower-quality output. We may contact the customer where a serious issue is noticed, but the customer remains responsible for the supplied file.
Once printing or custom production starts, cancellation is normally unavailable. Printing and personalised products are non-returnable because they are made to the customer’s instructions.
For a verified production defect, wrong specification or damage caused before delivery, Admin may approve reprint, replacement, partial refund or another fair remedy.
A password supplied for a protected file is used only to process the requested order. Do not submit unrelated banking passwords, OTPs or account credentials.
PAN, Aadhaar, driving-licence or other identity documents should be shared only through an approved private or in-shop process when genuinely required for the requested service.

These policies explain the shop’s operating rules and do not reduce any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
