Selected local PIN codes

Customers in Admin-selected local PIN codes may choose an available delivery date and preferred time slot: 6–9 AM, 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM or 6–10 PM.

A full slot may still be booked. In that case the exact selected time is not guaranteed, but the order remains accepted for delivery within 1 day. The checkout message will clearly identify an overflow or non-guaranteed slot.

Nearby delivery charge is ₹29 below the free-delivery threshold; nearby orders of ₹200+ receive free delivery under the current Admin settings.

Other Lucknow PIN codes

Eligible Lucknow-area addresses outside the selected slot PIN list do not receive a time-slot selector. The estimated delivery message is Within 1 Day. Current charge is ₹49 below ₹499; ₹499+ receives free local delivery.

Outside Lucknow

Courier orders outside the local area normally show an estimated delivery of 2–7 working days. Current courier minimum order is ₹199. Standard courier charge is ₹49, and ₹499+ receives free courier delivery. Courier availability, destination, public holidays and operational disruption may affect the final time.

Store pickup

Store pickup is free and delivery slots do not apply. Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting when an item requires preparation or printing.

Charges and delivery attempts

Delivery charges, courier minimum order and free-delivery eligibility are calculated from the same current Admin settings used at checkout. Store Pickup remains free.

A failed delivery caused by an unreachable customer, incorrect address or repeated absence may be rescheduled or cancelled. Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted and shown to the customer.

Delays

Preferred slots and delivery estimates are not absolute guarantees. Traffic, weather, stock verification, festival demand, courier issues or safety conditions may cause delay. We will try to provide a status update where practical.
