How Swaraj Stationery collects, uses and protects customer information.
We may collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details, account details, loyalty activity, reviews, uploaded review photos and form-filling request information when needed to provide a service.
We do not ask for your UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password or account password. Do not share OTPs or financial secrets in the website chatbot, review form or support message.
Information is used for login, cart and order processing, payment verification, delivery, pickup, customer support, cancellation or refund handling, loyalty points, verified reviews, fraud prevention and legal or accounting records.
Government-job and form-filling enquiries are used only to respond to the requested assistance. Sensitive identity documents should be provided only through an approved in-shop or private process, not in public review or chatbot fields.
Google account authorization, when enabled, is used only for the specific connected feature such as customer sign-in or an approved Google Business Profile reviews integration. The requested permissions should be limited to what that feature needs.
If Google Business Profile review access is connected, it is used to read/manage business review activity needed for the configured review workflow. Unrelated personal Gmail or Google Drive content is not requested for that purpose.
OAuth credentials/tokens must be stored server-side and are never intentionally exposed in customer-facing HTML. The connected user or business may revoke/disconnect Google access through the relevant Google account or business settings.
The website uses necessary sessions or cookies for login, cart, security and preferences. Privacy-conscious visitor analytics may count visits and online users without displaying or storing raw IP addresses for routine reporting.
Repeated refreshes may be grouped into one visit to keep analytics accurate.
We do not sell customer personal data to advertisers. Information may be shared only with service providers involved in hosting, payment, delivery, communication or legal compliance, and only to the extent needed for the service.
Order/account records may be retained as reasonably required for support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations or dispute handling. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required by law or for a valid legal claim.
Uploaded files for completed or cancelled print/custom orders are scheduled for automatic deletion after approximately 30 day(s), while encrypted protected-PDF passwords are scheduled for clearing after approximately 7 day(s). Active or pending order files are not targeted by this cleanup.
You may request access, correction, updating or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting the grievance channel below. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already required to complete a paid order, resolve a dispute or comply with law.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including access controls, secure sessions, upload restrictions and role-based Admin permissions. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
