We try to keep product names, images, descriptions, prices, stock and offers accurate. Packaging, shade or appearance may vary slightly. The price and delivery charge shown at checkout apply to that order.
An order may be cancelled or corrected if stock is unavailable, an obvious pricing error occurs, delivery is not serviceable or suspicious activity is detected. Any eligible paid amount will be handled under the refund policy.
An order is treated as accepted after confirmation by the shop. The customer must provide a reachable mobile number, complete address and correct PIN code. Delay caused by incomplete or incorrect details may affect the delivery estimate.
The customer must inspect product, quantity, variant, printing instructions and uploaded files before final submission.
Misuse of accounts, referrals, coupons, reviews, loyalty points, bots or duplicate identities may result in cancellation, point reversal, review rejection or account restriction.
Loyalty points are promotional benefits, not cash or bank balance. They may be adjusted or reversed where an order is cancelled, returned, refunded or found fraudulent.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, courier disruption, public holidays, government-portal downtime, incorrect customer information or events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be handled in the competent jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
